Event Cancellation by Scientific IQ:

If Scientific IQ cancels an event for any reason, registered participants will receive a full credit equivalent to 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit can be applied towards any future Scientific IQ event within one year from the date of cancellation.

Event Postponement by Scientific IQ:

If Scientific IQ postpones an event for any reason and the registered participant cannot or does not wish to attend the rescheduled event, they will receive full credit equivalent to 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit can be used for any other Scientific IQ event within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of Registration:

• • Fully paid registrations are transferable to another person within the same organization if the original registrant is unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made in writing by the original registrant to support@scientificiq.org. The request should include the full name, title, contact phone number, and email address of the replacement person. Unless specified otherwise, all other registration details will be transferred to the new participant.
  • Registrations can also be transferred to another Scientific IQ conference if the original registrant is unable to attend the initially registered conference.
  • Registrations cannot be transferred if the request is made within 15 business days of the conference.
  • Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.

Visa Information:

Participants are encouraged to apply for a visa as early as possible due to increased security measures. Scientific IQ will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates should apply for a Business Visa.

Important Note for Visa Applications:

Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Scientific IQ. The inability to obtain a visa does not qualify for a refund.

Venue Policy:

Due to varying participant numbers, the venue address may change. Participants will be informed of any changes to ensure smooth logistics and convenience. This flexibility highlights our commitment to providing a seamless experience for all attendees.

Refund Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another person or event, the following refund arrangements apply:

• • More than 60 days before the conference: Full refund minus a $200 service fee.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund.

Note:

• • E-posters, webinars, video presentations, and discounted payments are non-refundable.
  • If a discount package includes free accommodation with a nominal payment and the registrant withdraws for any reason, no refund will be issued due to prior financial commitments made on behalf of the participant.
